In a cozy home filled with the sweet scent of holiday treats, a young girl named Abby was helping her mother prepare their Christmas dinner.
As she watched her mother skillfully preparing the roast turkey and the side dishes, Abby curiously asked, “Mom, why do we have a big dinner on Christmas?”

That Sunday at church, Abby learned about Jesus’ Last Supper with his disciples. The importance of sharing meals and blessings resonated with her.
On Christmas Day, as they sat around the dinner table, Abby felt a warm sense of understanding. As her mother led them in prayer, it filled Abby with gratitude.
She thought about Jesus’ birth, their family’s blessings, and the love they shared. From that day forward, the Christmas dinner with her mom was more than just a meal to Abby.
It was a meaningful celebration of God’s love, the joy of family, and the birth of Jesus Christ, making every Christmas dinner a special and cherished event.
